Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the conditions and procedures for using the Hyper Insight – ICH service (the “Service”) provided by PurpleAI Inc. (the “Company”). They define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users (the “Members”), along with other necessary provisions related to service use.

Article 2 – Effect and Modification of Terms

These Terms apply to all Members intending to use the Service.
The Terms take effect when posted on the website (purple-ai.co) or otherwise communicated to Members, and upon Member consent.
The Company may revise the Terms when necessary. In such cases, the changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date, including the reason and effective date. If the changes are disadvantageous to Members, the notice will be provided 30 days in advance and may include individual notices via email (if individual contact is not possible, posting on the website shall suffice).
If Members do not express disagreement before the effective date, despite a notice stating that silence will be considered consent, they will be deemed to have agreed. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, they may discontinue service use and terminate the agreement.

Article 3 – Supplementary Provisions

Any matters not specified in these Terms shall follow relevant laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, along with the Company’s service guidelines.
The Company may set detailed usage guidelines for the Service and notify Members accordingly.

Article 4 – Definitions

Member: A person who has agreed to the Terms and has been issued a user ID by the Company.
ID: A combination of letters, numbers, or an email address used to identify the Member and allow service use.
Password: A string of letters/numbers or a device token set by the Member to verify identity and protect privacy.

Article 5 – Service Types and Scope

The Service includes a video viewer, notifications, and chat functionality. Members can use the Service according to the permissions granted to them.
The Service may be used free of charge or for a fee, depending on the applicable pricing policy.

Article 6 – Formation and Modification of the Service Agreement

The service agreement is established when a Member consents to these Terms prior to use.
The Company may change the Terms without prior notice for significant reasons. Changes will take effect through the same notification methods described above.
